Reservations can be made using the on-line booking system at ototatry.pl. It is also possible to book by e-mail, by phone or verbally at points of sale; such a reservation is pre-booking.

Rezerwacji można dokonać za pomocą systemu rezerwacji on-line na stronie ototatry.pl. Możliwa jest również rezerwacja poprzez wiadomość mailową, telefonicznie lub ustnie w punktach sprzedaży; taka rezerwacja jest tzw. rezerwacją wstępną.

 

2. Czy po dokonaniu rezerwacji muszę wpłacić całą kwotę czy tylko zaliczkę?


Wpłata zaliczki nie jest wymagana. W obu przypadkach należy uiścić wpłatę w postaci całości należności za usługę. Po dokonaniu rezerwacji online Klientowi zostanie wysłane potwierdzenie rezerwacji oraz bilet.

 

2. Do I have to pay the full amount after booking or just a deposit?


Advance payment is not required. In both cases, it is necessary to make payment in the form of the entire amount due for the service. After making the online booking, the Customer will receive a booking confirmation and a ticket.

3. How much time do I have to make a deposit?


When making a reservation via the website, the Customer is obliged to make the payment immediately.
In the case of a telephone, personal or e-mail booking, the payment is made on the day of departure, at the time of its commencement, inside the means of transport.

 

 

4. Do I need to bring my ID card and/or passport with me?


Yes, each participant of the event is required to have valid travel documents, a passport or ID card is required.
In the case of children, there is also an obligation to have a passport or ID card.

 

 

5. How do I cancel my booking and how much will it cost me?


The customer is obliged to submit a resignation to the following address: biuro@ototatry.pl or in person in writing at a stationary point.

The date of submitting the resignation is the day of its receipt. After withdrawal, the Customer is entitled to a refund of all payments within 14 days.

 

 

6. Does the organizer provide insurance?


Yes, we provide insurance with Towarzystwo Ubezpieczeń EUROPA and accident insurance. In the case of natural persons, the insurance is provided by the UNIQA Insurance Company. It is possible to purchase chronic disease insurance (CP), which is charged extra. Insurance regulations to download.

 

 

7. What else should I bring with me?

 

In addition to the required documents, when booking online, you must have a ticket confirming the booking with you, and in the case of a personal booking, a valid ID card. In addition, it is recommended to bring lunch, money (in the case of trips abroad in the currency of the country), clothes adapted to the prevailing weather conditions and a good mood.
The organizer is not responsible for items left and/or lost. Items left in the means of transport are stored in the office for up to 14 days.

 

 

8. Can I bring my children with me?

 

Yes, the organizer allows the use of trips also for children for whom discounts are provided, but does not provide care for minors and persons in relation to whom there is a basis for limiting legal capacity. These persons may participate in the tourist event only under the supervision of adults.

 

 

9. Do I have to be at the starting point of the tour?

 

Presence at the original place of departure is not mandatory. The website lists several pick-up points, from which you can choose the most convenient one and appear there, unless the parties agree otherwise.

 

 

10. What if I'm late?

 

Tours start on the date and time stated in the offer, regardless of latecomers.
Departure times and stages of the event are provided on an ongoing basis. Being late or not appearing for the tour or its stages (stops, staying in the facilities, free time) on the agreed date is treated as resignation from the event, without the right to reimbursement. The time of return from the event may change for reasons beyond the organizer's control (force majeure).

 

 

11. Does the organizer provide a meal?

 

We do not provide a meal. However, during the tour, we offer free time (approx. 1.5-2 hours), during which it is possible to provide your own meal.

 

 

12. Can I bring pets with me?

 

Unfortunately, due to the nature of the trip, it is not possible to take pets with you.
