Trip Program:

1. Pickup from Stops Along Zakopane – Bukowina Tatrzańska Route

We begin our journey at 9:00 AM, providing pick-up service from designated stops along the route. Other pick-up locations can be arranged upon request.  

2. Arrival in Stary Smokovec

Around 10:30 AM, we reach Stary Smokovec, a picturesque resort at the foot of the Tatras. This charming town serves as a gateway to many attractions in the High Tatras. Connected by a narrow-gauge railway to Poprad, Tatranská Lomnica, and Štrbské Pleso, Stary Smokovec offers a blend of rich history and scenic beauty.  

3. Cable Railway to Hrebienok

Enjoy a comfortable cable railway ride straight to Hrebienok, a popular destination year-round. Here, you'll find the renowned Ice Temple – a stunning ice structure crafted by talented sculptors, available exclusively in the winter season.  

4.  Ice Temple Visit and Free Time

Between 11:00 AM and 1:00 PM, explore the Ice Temple at Hrebienok, marveling at the intricate ice sculptures that create a mystical atmosphere. Afterward, enjoy free time in Stary Smokovec, where you can explore local attractions, cafes, and restaurants.  

5. Return to Zakopanego

Around 2:00 PM, we conclude our adventure and head back to Zakopane.

1. How can I book a spot on the trip?

You can book online at www.ototatry.pl or by phone. We recommend booking in advance, especially during the winter season when demand is high.

2. Where does the pick-up take place?

Pick-up is available from designated stops along the Zakopane – Bukowina Tatrzańska route. Additional locations can be arranged upon request.

3. What are the departure and return times?

The trip departs Zakopane at 9:00 AM, with the return scheduled around 2:00 PM. Times may vary slightly based on road conditions and group size.

4. What’s included in the trip price?

The price covers:  
   - Comfortable bus transport  
   - Guide-driver assistance  
   - Trip insurance

5. Is the trip suitable for children and seniors?

Yes, the trip is designed to accommodate participants of all ages. The cable railway ride ensures a comfortable experience without requiring extensive physical effort.

6. Is the trip weather-dependent?

The trip will take place even in less favorable weather conditions,

however, in the event of extreme weather events (such as closure of the route or cable car), the tour may be postponed.

The organizer also reserves the right to cancel the trip due to low attendance,

no later than 6:00 PM on the previous day.

7. Can I cancel my reservation?

Yes, cancellations are possible. Please inform us in advance so we can adjust the arrangements.

8. What should I bring?

Warm, comfortable clothing is recommended, especially for visiting the Ice Temple where temperatures are lower. Sturdy shoes and a camera to capture the stunning views and sculptures are also advisable.

9. Can I explore other attractions during free time in Stary Smokovec?

Yes, free time can be spent exploring nearby attractions, shopping, or relaxing in one of the local cafes or restaurants.
